Description

Whether you’re planning a birthday party, a baby shower, or any party, making your own DIY balloon arch or garland is the perfect way to make a big impact! Join Laura Mancilla-Mata, professional balloon garland maker, as she gives step-by-step instructions for making the perfect arch or garland.
