Description

Whether you’re planning a birthday party, a baby shower, or any party, making your own DIY balloon arch or garland is the perfect way to make a big impact! Join Laura Mancilla-Mata, professional balloon garland maker, as she gives step-by-step instructions for making the perfect arch or garland. 

All supplies are provided. Materials for this program are provided with the generous support of the Friends of First Colony Branch Library. Registration required; please register online, in-person or by calling 281-238-2817. Registration opens July 3, 2025.
