Cinco Ranch Branch Library is currently CLOSED for carpet replacement and will RE-OPEN on Monday, March 9. The outdoor book drop will remain OPEN during the time the building is closed, and library items may be returned at Cinco Ranch Branch. 

Cinco Ranch Branch patrons with hold items available for pickup on or before March 6, 2026, currently being held at the Fulshear Branch Library, should visit the Fulshear Branch to pick up those items. If another location is more convenient, please contact the Fulshear Branch Library to have your items rerouted to your preferred pickup location.

 
Any hold requests filled after March 6 will be held at the Cinco Ranch Branch and will be available during its open hours. The pickup location will be indicated on your hold notification.

Celebrate Autism Awareness and National Poetry Month with a unique and fun twist. Join us for, A Rainbow of Possibilities: From Palette to Poetry on April 25, 2026, from 11 a.m.–3 p.m. at Fort Bend County Libraries – Missouri City Branch Library. Families will explore color-inspired creativity through guided poetry sessions led by Baritone. This inclusive event connects art and literacy to celebrate expression, community, and the many voices within the autism spectrum. With a special appearance by Angelica “Jelly” Robinson, Houston-based stylist, educator, and community advocate.

Refreshments are provided courtesy of the Friends of the Missouri City Library.
