Discover art through hands-on creative projects! Join us as we create colorful tissue-paper art in the style of stained-glass to hang in the library windows! Art in the Afternoon is a new series of programs for youth in grades K-5. Materials made possible by the Friends of the Sugar Land Branch Library.
