"The Anxious Generation" Documentary and Discussion

Join us for a showing of a documentary titled "How the Great Rewiring Of Childhood Impacted Everything – And What We Can Do About It" discussing New York Time Bestselling book The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt and a brief discussion after the viewing. 

The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt argues that the rise of smartphones and social media has caused a mental health epidemic in young people by replacing a "play-based childhood" with a "phone-based childhood," leading to increased anxiety, depression, and loneliness.
