Description

Discover the art and tradition of Japanese tea culture in this immersive workshop. Presented by the Japan-America Society of Houston, this program offers an introduction to the history, etiquette, and cultural significance of the matcha tea ceremony.

Participants will enjoy a hands-on experience, learning how to prepare their own serving of matcha using a traditional tea bowl and chasen (tea whisk).
