Description

Get ready to create neon-colored art that glows in the dark! Use glow-in-the-dark paints to design your masterpiece, then see it come to life in a blacklight room. This is a fun, creative way to hang out with friends and make art that truly stands out!

Registration is required. This program is for teens in grades 9 through 12 and is sponsored by the Friends of the Missouri City Branch Library.
