Program Description

Description

Learning to take care of personal finances can be overwhelming, so let the library provide guidance and advice to help understand how to manage money. Over the next several months, Janelle Johnson -- from the Fort Bend County Extension Program -- will cover: creating and maintaining a budget, credit management, introduction to credit cards, and different types of insurance.

In this class, teens will learn how to create and stick to a budget by tracking income and expenses, prioritizing needs over wants, and saving for future goals.

Registration is required; register online, in person, or by calling 281-238-2140.
